ServiceNow AI Platform

Leverancier: ServiceNow Netherlands B.V.

ServiceNow AI Platform (Now Platform) breidt ITSM, HR en overheidsworkflows uit met AI agents, automatisering en generatieve AI. Scoort ORANJE (56/100). ISO 27001/SOC 2-gecertificeerd, EU-dataresidentie beschikbaar als enterprise optie, maar US-moederbedrijf brengt structureel CLOUD Act-risico. Vereist contractuele EU-borging vóór inzet bij overheid.
